About Zelle / What is Zelle ?

Zelle is a US based digital payments Service.

Owner is Early Warning Services which is a private financial service company owned by the big banks Bank of America, BB&T, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, PNC Bank, US Bank and Wells Fargo

The Zelle service enables individuals to electronically transfer money from their bank account to another registered user's bank account (within the United States) using a mobile device or the website of a participating banking institution. The Zelle instant payment service was launched in 2017.

Zelle provide an individual money transfer service between bank account using your mobile device.

To use the Zelle app, both part (Sender/Recipient) customers have to sign up for a Zelle account then link their bank information. Users can send money using a contact’s email address or phone number.

Zelle app is available since September 12th 2018 on iOS and Android.

    venmo is out due the being private company and long waiting transfer times. Zelle is more flexible and you dont need to install any app if you use mobile banking.

    it's really fast, I made money transfer via Zellepay app from my Iphone. It was easy and quick. Creating account takes only 1 minute. Whatsapp can be also in that industry using that background :)

    If you have a banking app in your mobile and only one bank account you use , there will be no difference. However if you have multiple bank accounts Zelle could be a one app solution for you.
