    Old fashioned interface, it's really hard to get big sized reports without any bug. It is not as all-inclusive as it seems. Information can be difficult to retrieve. Rest API and offline mobile version are pros, slow reporting bad UX are cons

    if you need a low-cost CRM solution, it's the best. If you also use office 365 you can get all the benefits of calendar notes etc... UX can be better, customization is easy up to some level, above it, you need to ask your IT department to customize.
