Salesforce.com, Inc. (styled in its logo as salesƒorce; abbreviated usually as SF or SFDC) is an American cloud computing company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Though its revenue comes from a customer relationship management (CRM) product, Salesforce also sells commercial applications of social networking through acquisition and internal development.

As of spring 2018, it is one of the most highly valued American cloud computing companies with a market capitalization above $90 billion.[3] In August 2017, Salesforce announced that it had reached the $10 billion revenue run rate becoming the first enterprise cloud company to do so.[4]

Its common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol CRM and is a constituent of the S&P 500 Index.

  • He is the King of Salesforce CRM. it is the most used product in the world but unfortunately the activities of these brands are less in tr. our people do not have habits like plan schedule calendar agenda. salesforce is not always seen as a market because of the limited number of firms that will understand the reports and analyzes in this program because they are always run by their friendly acquaintances. global brands are already resolving it with global decisions. you may still be able to see this crm program on major brands. I can say the best place for sales funnel logic.

    Pros
    Salesforce has the ability to produce any report required for moving our programs forward. Integration friendly with other applications we use is a plus, as is Salesforce's ability to download data quickly and efficiently.

    Cons
    I wish you could have mass deletion of tasks instead of having to click through one by one. This hinders productivity.

    The new lightning interface is unpleasant. They attempted to make it fancier and it's dreadful. Everything is unique. A ton of stuff that works in great isn't upheld in lightning. Nearly all that you've done in great for customization should be done again in Lightning. Javascript catches don't work. No more jquery. I can go ahead about the issues with lightning yet in the event that there is one good thing to state it looks somewhat prettier however the more pleasant look isn't even remotely justified regardless of the torment

    It's not designed to make a quotation with its general package but you can edit and use some tools to adapt and create quotation but i cannot say its really flexible.

    Even you paid a lot for the base system, you will need to buy another modules to make your system work. in the standard system you will always do basic reports with facebook like communication tools. the rest modules such as quoation, order etc... you have to pay more and more...
