contact management, CRM pro has sales pipeline and transactions modules whic cost 19$ more per user.
we were using Quickbooks NetSuite. We didn't want to change it after many years of adaptation. Method CRM was our first try and choice because of the painless sync with QuickBooks. We have been using for 6 months and no big problem happened. The system works smoothly in the background while we try to sell our product in the frontend.
It was difficult to use. Setup was an headache. Support was slow to respond. No customization flexible. After 3 months of trial we changed to an another crm software
quickbooks is really an advantage, API module also works smoothly if you need some external integration. Customization needs an IT guy in my opinion. If you have a nice internal support, i recommend that low-cost customer support solution
Customer support was quick and helpful with voice or chat. Learning curve is simple and easy. You can adapt within 1 week all navigation and structure. I recommend to everyone especially if you already use quickbooks.
Customer accessible login portal is fantastic, to show them their activities including their invoices. Dashboard is as simple as they can do. I didnt face any big technical problem since 2016
if you have software developer in your organisation program can be more powerful. Otherwise it's really hard to make custom changes in the system. The rest is acceptable with Open API, Quickbooks sync etc...
