    I have been using Mercury Insurance Company's housing and automobile insurance for a long time. One year ago in September I had a leak in my house roof. I decided to use my host policy. I've seen it with a worse customer representative than you think. It's been 5 months and I'm still living in torn up walls and worn ceilings. I am extremely complaining.

    I've also studied and tried other insurance companies, but I do not think any of them are as good as Mercury. I think customer service is pretty good and they respond quickly. When I had a problem with the customer, he came to my auto mechanic and helped me. I have been in Mercury Insurance Company for more than 20 years and have insured 3 cars.
  • Last year a client of Mercury Auto Insurance hit my parked car in a parking lot, left a fake business card to make it appear as though he was leaving his information, leading me on a 2-days chase to find him. I obtained a rental car while my car was in the shop being fixed. Out of pocket expenses that I, myself had to pay for insurance on the rental car was $49.99. I spoke with Mercury several times explaining that I should not incur these out of pocket expenses due to their slimeball of a client hitting my car and running. They were uncooperative, non-understanding and unwilling to accommodate or help in any way, simply saying over and over “we aren’t responsible for gas and insurance on rental vehicles”.

    Instead of swallowing their pride, actually being helpful and doing the right thing by paying me the $49.99, which to me is a good chunk of change, but to them is pocket change, I’m here giving fair warning to others who unfortunately have to deal with them. avoid them at all costs. Unwilling to help, unprofessional and unethical. I currently have a renters insurance policy through Mercury, but will now be seeking a better and more ethical insurance provider ASAP.

    Years ago, while I was researching the insurance company, I found Mercury and it was the cheapest among them compared to others. They gave me a reasonable price because there was no accident record. At the same time, there were many campaigns. But one day I had an accident and they did not support me. They did not help and support me in case of an accident.
    They canceled my campaign and wanted a higher price even though the other party in the accident was guilty. I think this is an unpleasant behavior and attitude.

    I liked that they started my policy quickly. The salesperson was friendly and eager to help with my situation. I had all of the details by email, which was confident for me because there was not a local office. There was a lot of going back and forth, but the situation was handled. However, my policy was not 30 days old before they sent a letter saying they were gonna be dropping my policy, due to inaccurate documentation. I sent in everything they asked for. They would not keep me as a client, saying they could not verify my address, but I receive mail at the same address! I felt like they just took my money. This company left a really disappointing experience for me. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are just taking advantage of people already in a bind. This company is not here to help consumers in any way.

    I searched on the web for the lowest rates and a plan that would provide good coverage to meet my needs. Mercury's rates are low and I also like the plan of coverage that I get for my money. I would, however, prefer that they would provide better roadside assistance coverage plans.

    Mercury is the cheapest option that meets all the needs I'm looking for. The process was easy and I was pleased. I was able to make automatic payments over the internet and made a discount for a very comprehensive package. But I don't like that you get charged extra for making payments that are not through auto debit. I did not have a bank account, and I do not think you should get a penalty for not getting a bank account.

    Mercury has the coverage I need. My representative was kind and helpful and answered all the questions I had. My bill payment online is also simple and easy to use. However, the car rental coverage must be extended beyond 30 days. The repairs in my car lasted for at least 41 days and the insurance did not pay for it, so I had to pay from my pocket and the accident was not even my fault.

    It was great to be able to reach them directly when we had an accident. Our moderator went straight to a welcome line. They also take care of them quickly so we can get our new car. They have a discount for good drivers, old drivers, and more than one driver. And they also have the option of buying the tenant's fuse with our auto insurance plan. However, they have increased our rates by a renewal period of 6 months without checking that their living conditions have changed. This change affected us financially.

    I had two casualties in a short time this year. I was contacted by the insurance company very easily. A friend suggested Mercury because of its reputation and scope. It was a very easy process. When the representative gave all the information, he arranged a scope according to the need. It was a relief! The representative looked at me very well. Service was good and reasonably priced and luckily I was able to clear my record in time. Then, in another place, I had a better coverage through my employer at a lower rate. It was a profitable transition for me.

    I searched the internet for the insurers that generated the lowest prices. I made a plan that would be enough to meet my needs. Mercury's rates are very low and I like the amount of collateral I get for my money. It was also very easy to register. However, I prefer to present plans for better road assistance.
