  its a new style lightweight crm solution including capture, organise, lead anayze, and team collaboration between members. You can also easly adapt with G suite applications such as google contacts, gmail and google calendar. No easy integration with Microsoft office 365 programs.

  Clean UI, Good Contact management with tagging feature. Easy integration with popular software solutions such as * Gmail (via Google Apps extension) Freshdesk, Twitter, LinkedIn, Zapier, Mailchimp. For mailing, it doesn't have an internal mailing system like Hubspot but MailChimp integration works smoothly. Pipeline module can be developed more.

  it's a basic solution for mid-sized companies if you look something more open for customization. Ticket module working well if you work in a company who need a small helping desk solution but no real integration with Fresdesk for example. I didn't see any performance issues, the system works very fast and efficient. You shouldn't put bcc to track emails.
